Comments on Congress 12/8/2025

Have any of those people read The Constitution For The United States Of America?

For nearly 3 weeks I have been looking for a descent Congressional Bill to comment on for this series. Looking back on previous posts, I wanted to try and avoid the repeated comments of:

Unfortunately for all of us, that has pretty much proven to be impossible.
Then today, I cam across two news stories that point out how bad all of that is.

First was the report that children died from the COVID shot. Of course that was obvious before, but unproven. Now the facts are out. Everything that happened at the Federal Level regarding COVID was overreach driven by Executive Agencies created by Congress (who has no power to create executive agencies). None of those things would have happened Federal Elected Officials and Employees did not continually violate the 10th Amendment.

Then came the report that Congress is attempting to usurp Constitutional Presidential Authority through overreach they are adding to the 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (2026 Department of War funding Bill). For some reason, Congress believes that they can skip past Article 2, Section II of the Constitution by telling The President Of The United States Of America where military personnel must be placed in the world.

In coming weeks, I will return to analyzing active Congressional Bills regardless of how repetitive that task may end up being.
